How to use:

Place the armrest on the chair, then connect the adapter (4) to the DC power outlet (3) and the other end to the home power supply (5).

- Operation:

Turn the volume control (7) clockwise from OFF to High for rapid heating. The power indicator (6) will illuminate.

- Once the armrest is warm, turn the volume control (7) counterclockwise to adjust the armrest temperature to a comfortable, body-friendly setting suitable for extended periods of sitting (this setting varies from person to person).

- Power Off:

When finished, turn the Volume control switch (7) counterclockwise to the OFF position, at which point the power indicator (6) will turn off.

Disconnect the adapter plug from the power supply (5) and unplug it from the DC connector (3)
